Dersut Caffè S.p.A. declares that no ingredients derived from Genetically Modified Organisms are used in production, and therefore, it is not subject to the labeling requirements established by EC Reg. No. 1830/2003.
Processing Method
Roasting is performed using a methane-powered system, processing one variety at a time at a maximum temperature of 220°C. Roasting time: 12-15 minutes. Cooling is done with air, followed by cleaning of the roasted beans, blending, and packaging.
