Liquid milk-system cleaner

Cafetto® MFC Blue is an alkaline liquid cleaner formulated for automatic coffee-machine milk lines and frothers. It removes milk fats and residue while helping to control milk-stone build-up. Correct rinsing leaves no chemical odour.

Directions

Mix 50ml of MFC Blue with 1 litre of warm water.
Run the machine's milk-system cleaning programme and draw the solution through the complete milk path.
Rinse the system with 1 litre of fresh potable water.

Recommended use: Daily for high-volume milk systems, or at the frequency specified by the machine manufacturer.

Suitable for: Automatic coffee machines, milk lines and frothers whose manufacturer permits alkaline liquid cleaning.
