Daily alkaline milk-system cleaning

MFC® Tabs White 4.0 is formulated to clean automatic coffee-machine milk lines and frothers. It removes milk fats and milk-stone from internal lines and components.

Directions

1. Dissolve one tablet in 250ml of warm water.
2. Run the machine's milk-system cleaning programme and draw the solution through the complete milk path.
3. Rinse the system with 1 litre of fresh potable water.

Recommended programme

Use MFC® Tabs White 4.0 daily in high-volume milk systems. Use MFC® Tabs Red 4.0 weekly to remove mineral scale and complete the cleaning programme.

Suitable for: Automatic coffee machines, milk lines and frothers whose manufacturer permits this tablet size and cleaning method.

Safety: Do not mix with other chemicals. Follow the machine manual and product label. Rinse thoroughly after use.
