How to use the Moka :
1. Start by pouring room-temperature water into the Moka boiler until it reaches the safety valve.
2. Do not exceed this level or your coffee will be too watery.
3. The Moka funnel generously,without pressing down on the coffee.
4.Put the Moka on the stove. Set the flame to low and takeyour time—great coffee is worth the wait.
5.When you hear the gurgle, it means your coffee is ready. Take it off the burner and enjoy.
