Crunchy nougat with hazelnuts 90grams
Product made according to the indications of a family recipe using the "Avellane" hazelnuts of Irpinia and selected and controlled ingredients.
Slowly cooked in steam boilers for about eight to ten hours, shaped in special molds to enhance its friability, it is then cut by hand and left to cool and rest until the next day.
To the eye it is rich in dried fruit, to the palate it is delicate and the typical aromas of honey.
Ingredients: Sugar syrup, Roasted hazelnuts 35%, honey, wheat glucose syrup, edible gelatin, wafers (potato starch, olive oil), vanillin, natural flavors.
The product may contain traces of other nuts, eggs and dairy products.
