GMO Statement
Dersut Caffè S.p.A. declares that no ingredients derived from Genetically Modified Organisms are used in the production of this coffee. Therefore, it is not subject to the labelling requirements established by EC Reg. No. 1830/2003.
Processing Method
Roasting is performed using a methane-powered system, processing one variety at a time at a maximum temperature of 220°C. Roasting time: 12–15 minutes. The beans are then cooled with air, cleaned, blended, and packaged.
Packaging Method
Automatic packaging in multilayer film (PET, aluminum, LDPE) suitable for food contact, in compliance with EC Reg. No. 1935/2004, EC Reg. No. 2023/2006, EU Reg. No. 10/2011, and Italian Ministerial Decree of 21/03/1973.
Minimum Shelf Life
24 months from the date of packaging. For optimal preservation, store in a clean, cool, and dry place.
