Raw Material Origin
Equatorial zone between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn.
Composition
100% coffee, a blend of Arabica and Robusta varieties, with a minimum of 75% Fine Arabica, as certified by G.I.T.C., controlled by SGS Italia, and analyzed by an authorized chemical laboratory.

Processing Method
Roasting is performed using a methane-powered system, processing one variety at a time at a maximum temperature of 220°C. Roasting time: 12-15 minutes. Cooling is done with air, followed by cleaning of the roasted beans, blending, and packaging.
Packaging Method
Automatic packaging with multilayer film (PET, aluminum, LDPE) suitable for food contact, compliant with EC Reg. No. 1935/2004, EC Reg. No. 2023/2006, EU Reg. No. 10/2011, and Italian Ministerial Decree of 21/03/1973.
Minimum Shelf Life
24 months from the date of packaging. For optimal preservation, store in a clean, cool, and dry place.
